My little angel is a big girl now. Why kids grow so soon! It feels just yesterday she came in my life and gave a new meaning to my life. I was planning about her birthday since the day she was born and see today she is already an year old.
First thing that comes in mind when we think of birthday is the dress. I had a tough time getting her dress, don't know why but I always imagined her in red but alas! The search was over on pink dress. She was looking lovely muuhaa my princess.
A night before her birthday I prepared 11 months photograph card and a special mention mr papa also helped me in the decoration. Suddenly I realized its 12 am. Yesha was sleeping slowly I kissed her with loads of blessings and love.
We started the special day with baba's blessings. We went to sai mandir, she was wearing a pretty turcoise frok ( dida's gift). Once we are back she was walking all around the house happily yes by holding her own frok to balance, special style. We decided to change her sleep routine today so that she can enjoy evening party.
After bath she was served lots of delicious food. She had fish for the first time and liked it extremely. De,,, de.., she had kheer and aloo bhaja (with her own hand) guess what after that she refused eating her routine khichdi :) naughty girl!
Once she was off to bed I went to blow balloons and decorating stuff ( I was so nostalgic, remembered my own childhood bdays. Wow I'm celebrating my daughter's first bday, life is amazing.)
She was so very excited to see balloon on the walls. But started crying when the balloon bursts. She actually hates loud noises.
Now its time to get ready ....To my surprise today she didn't touched her clip even once. My cute pretty princess is ready for her first bday party.
Birthday cake, I completely fall in love with the cake, it was so beautiful and yummy. When it was time to cut the cake, as always yesha was excited and cut the cake with her fingers, correction, sweet little fingers.:) the best part, any1 n every1 offering her cake she was opening mouth happily. Too much cream for the day sweety.
Most of the guests turned up and yesha was quite friendly with everyone, of course only from my lap.
By the end she was very sleepy...when I changed her dress she was v comfortable n happy and started dancing on honey bunny... bapa da enjoyed her dance :)
Overall a nice and happy day for my little princess. Love u my chona..may god bless u with loads of happiness and success in life.
